St. Joseph approves portion of Harbor Isles Marine proposal
ST. JOSEPH — The St. Joseph City Commission on Monday approved most of a planned unit development proposal for Harbor Isles Marine regarding a 2.89-acre property, commonly known as 143 Anchors Way.
The PUD, as approved so far, will allow the sales/rental, servicing and indoor storage of golf carts and other low-speed vehicles such as E-bikes, scooters and kayaks, as well as accessory items; the indoor and outdoor storage of boats, trailers and associated accessory equipment; and repair and servicing of boats.
