Summer Game Fest: Bandai Namco Announces Sand Land
During today's Summer Game Fest showcase, Bandai Namco took to the screen to tease a sneak peek of a brand new action RPG, Sand Land.
In the first-ever trailer, we got a look at the game's sandy, dino-filled world. Sand Land is an adaptation of the 2000 manga of the same name, which was written and illustrated by Dragon Ball's Akira Toriyama.
Bandai Namco has a long history of transforming anime properties into games, with its most recent contributions including One Piece Odyssey, Gundam Evolution, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle, Digimon Survive, and Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot - which we called a "a wonderful way to revisit the story of Dragon Ball Z, whether you’re a fan or looking to jump in for the first time" in our review.
Sand Land will be coming to PS5/PS4, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
