OilQuick, Normet launch Xquick coupler - Construction & Demolition Recycling

OilQuick AB has announced a strategic collaboration with Normet, a Finland-based technology company specializing in underground mining, tunneling and construction solutions, that has resulted in the development of the Xquick coupler system.

The Normet Xquick coupler, based on OilQuick’s quick coupler technology, allows operators to change tools and attachments in a matter of seconds without any workers around the machine. It completely eliminates the need for manual tool changes, reducing risk and enhancing productivity in underground operations, Sweden-based OilQuick says.

The addition of Xquick to Normet's Xrock suite offers mining and construction companies the opportunity to enhance productivity and safety. The Xquick coupler offers seamless and rapid switching between a variety of tools, enabling operators to handle multiple tasks using a single machine, OilQuick says. This flexibility optimizes fleet management, reduces equipment costs and maximizes uptime on job sites.
