Grand Opening Celebration: Premier Advantage Launches New On

Whether navigating the high seas or cruising the Lake of the Ozarks, boat shows are great for shopping, but you don't really know a boat until you experience it in its natural habitat. The problem is, a test drive usually means hopping in the car for the drive to the dealer's boat ramp to then hop aboard your prospective purchase. The process carves a fair amount of time out of what could have been a day on the Lake!

At Premier Advantage Marine's new locations — the former Lighthouse and Silver Sands Marinas — they’ve made a way for prospective buyers to shop for boats without sacrificing time on the water: just boat up to the dealership, and start shopping!

"Our goal is to offer boaters the option to buy, service, and store their boats by sliding into a slip instead of towing the boat to the parking lot," Premier Advantage Marine co-owner and General Manager Cody Henik says.

June 10 Grand Opening

To show off their latest location, Premier Advantage Marine will host a Grand Opening Saturday, June 10, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Of course, you can cruise in by boat at the 38 MM or hop in the car and head to 27 Lighthouse Marina Rd in Sunrise Beach.

Soldier Valley Spirits will be there with a variety of bourbon, rum, whiskey, vodka, and more for tasting and sale specials. Battle Baits will exhibit their line of handmade custom baits, and reps from Minn Kota and Humminbird will be on hand to demonstrate their latest electronics.

Best of all, you will find the waterfront lined with all of the available models at Premier Advantage Marine, and there will even be a few in the water. Guests are welcome to browse the showroom and gas dock for accessories and refreshments.

"We'll have the tunes cranked up and plenty of food available, so come on down and bring your friends," Henik said. "If you are looking for a new boat or new-to-you boat, you’ll want to be here because we are going to be making deals happen!"

Finding The Perfect Spot

In 2022, on a mission to find a stretch of shoreline property large enough to accommodate the complete line of inventory and marine services offered at their roadside location just off Highway 5 in Sunrise Beach, management spent countless hours shopping real estate and revising building plans. When Lighthouse Marina and Silver Sands Marina came up for sale, Premier Advantage Marine owners knew they had found the perfect spot.

Construction began in Spring 2022 and just over a year later, the once quaint mom-and-pop marinas were transformed into a sprawling complex that offers everything a boater needs to get the most out of their time on the water.

At the new Premier Advantage Marine, boaters can simply slide into a slip, tie up, and take a short walk up the ramp.

"One of the things we are most excited about at our new location is we have everything right there on the water," Henik said. "You can boat up, fuel up and grab a refreshment, and then park in a covered slip and shop on the lot or in the showroom."

Located at the 38 MM in Sunrise Beach, the Premier Advantage Marine waterside location includes an expansive showroom displaying boat models from Stingray, iKon, Alumacraft and Cypress Cay along with a full line of accessories from life jackets to boat bumpers and more. Customers will also find a well-equipped and fully staffed onsite service department providing the same stellar service offered at the highway store. Plus, you will no longer need to trailer your boat in order to store it – ample covered and outdoor storage spaces are available onsite. And if all you need is gas and a cold treat, the gas dock and store are staffed, stocked and at-your-service, seven days a week.

Henik said their central focus is to offer boaters convenience along with exceptional customer service. Both the waterside and highway locations carry a large inventory of new and pre-enjoyed boats along with boating accessories and the best in marine maintenance and repair. Many Premier Advantage Marine technicians have been in the business for 20-plus years.
